I can show you how to thrive, not just survive by sharing with you protocols that support healthy hormone balance with nutrients that address your specific symptoms.
Did you know that your body can naturally detoxify? However in times of chronic stress the human body becomes less effective at clearing out toxins. This can result in digestive issues like constipation, diarrhea and other unpleasant symptoms such as IBS symptoms, food sensitivities and even allergies. I teach clients how to gently stimulate natural detox functions by giving the digestive system a break and an opportunity to naturally restore balance. Gentle detoxification can also help improve symptoms of seasonal allergies and support a strong functioning immune system. My goal is to teach you the correct way of detoxifying that's unique to YOU and set you up for success.

1) psychological - emotional
2) physical - lack of sleep, exhaustion, too much exercise, low grade infections
3) environmental - heavy metals, chemicals, lack of sunlight
Agata Yeilding is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Mississauga Ontario. She is also a Yoga Teacher YTT200.
I work with clients by first addressing the root cause behind their symptoms and then by supporting a resilient and balanced healthy body. I provide clients with Nutritional and Symptom Assessments, Food Lists, Food Prep Tools, Personal Nutrition Plan and a Personal Life Style Plan.
